UKE 1 (EO 281) - Back-up VHF receiver used by Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine for collection of meteorological information, direction finding, etc. Covered 15.0…100.0 MHz in five band segments, A1 / A2 / A3. Powered by 12 VDC rechargeable battery and 130 VDC dry battery. Manufactured by Lorenz from 1940. 

Band switching - by manual change of three coils thru the opening in the right sidewall.
