GA3 (Microphone and Receiver Headgear Assembly No.1 Cdn) - Microphone and headset of British design manufactured in Canada. Fitted with a 5-point waterproof snatch plug providing for a quick release connection in emergency. There was Microphone Hand No.7 employed which was of the moving-coil type. The headphones were also of the moving-coil type and were fitted with rubber caps to exclude external noise.
