RM-52 (Remote Control Unit) - Part of
Remote Control Equipment RC-261 which provided
for remote operation and voice communication over
voice-operated radio sets on a preset frequency and
with a preset adjustment of the volume control.

The RM-52 unit was part of remote control center which could be located at
the distance of up to 800 meters from the radio being connected via a twisted
pair of field wire. Equipped with T-17 microphone and HS-30 headphones.
RC-261
equipment was used to remotely control BC-620 radios (part of SCR-509 and
SCR-510 sets) and BC-659 radios (part of SCR-609 and SCR-610 sets). More
